ZD3213 - Resend Notification on Live Case​

Added mechanism to resend offer notifications for vendors with offers that haven't expired or been explicitly rejected.

ZD3271 - Feedback Tab - Cost associated​

Added a new text field to capture the cost when the Severity field "cost" option is selected.

ZD2925 - Client specific Rebill Rules bypassed when "Full Rebill to Client" is "Yes" for a Job​

Fixed defect which causes some client specific rebill rules not to be evaluated when a Job is explicitly flagged for Full Rebill.

ZD3049 - Cases incorrectly showing as wrong call​

Fixed some instances where form data was not being cleared properly. Added logging for if this occurs again.
