- The automatic note displays the dealers name, and the manual note does not

Documents tab:
-
A dealer referral is sent to the newly selected service location. This happens every time an automatic cancellation is done

-
A new action has been added More Actions named Send Dealer Cancellation Notification. This will display once the job has been assigned and is used to send a manual notification

-
When the user clicks on Send Dealer Cancellation Notification, they are presented with a screen where they enter the required email address and then submit. Notes, email, PDF and documents are updated accordingly.

-
The automatic and manual cancellation notifications are saved in the Documents tab

ZD3230 - Customer Assistance Diagnosis/Action Taken/Job Categories
- The Back button on the first step of a newly loaded workflow is now active.
- Clicking it triggers the existing "Do you want to close the Add Service form?" confirmation dialog, giving the user a clear and safe exit path.
- No change to Back button behaviour on subsequent steps, it continues to navigate backwards through form steps as before.
- Clicking back from the Add Service/Location screen takes you back and displays a message

- Clicking back from the Add Service/Call Wrap Summary screen takes you back and displays a message

- If “yes” is selected, it closes the screen

- If “No” is selected, keeps the user on the current screen and use can continue with the workflow. In doing so, the case is created

- Clicking the “X” or outside of the form behaves in the same way as the “back” button

DO5548 - Customer Care connecting to Policy
1- Fixed issues
1.1 where creating a Customer Care case after an initial case would incorrectly attach the new Customer Care case to the policy from the previously created case when the client remained the same.
1.2 where selecting a different client before initiating a Customer Care breakout caused a “Something’s not quite right” error, preventing case creation.
2- Improved client filtering logic for Customer Care case creation to ensure only valid Customer Care enabled clients are available in the selection dropdown.
Note: the improvements have been applied to Wrong Call
- Select a client (LDV) in the search screen then click on wrong call. The selected client will be populated if the client existed in customer care

- Select a client (Avida) in the search screen then click on wrong call. The selected client will not be populated if the client existed in customer care

- If no client is searched and click on wrong call or customer care. The client field is blank, and user can select the client from the drop down

- When selecting a client in wrong call and customer care and then clicking the “back” button the screen will be cleared

ZD3126 - Digiflo issue with calculating route
Routing has been changed to prevent ferryboats/across the water routes
- Create or edit job and check that the route maps overland (across water or island)

ZD2780 - Disable Tow Jobs Auto Update of Case Incident Location
- A change was made to stop the adjustment of the destination address after towing. The vehicle location is displayed now. -- Previously the vehicle location on case level was updated to the holding position for tow-and-hold tows (after the tow was completed). This made it easy to create a new tow job starting from the temporary holding location. This location update was removed and the vehicle location on case level will now stay the same as originally selected. The implication is that for a new tow job from the holding location the holding location details will have to entered as the new start point
-
Case created with Tow and Hold at Docklands.

-
Case completed then go back to View Search - the address is prepopulated with the vehicle location captured in the case.

ZD3379 - InQIQ form UI - Phone number field to accept phone numbers only
Australian phone number validation will be added for the phone field in the 'driver of the vehicle's' InQ-IQ submission step to prevent non-numbers from being entered.
ZD3058 - D2552588 - Kia ACN Telephony Error
When a client is selected, this now prevents linking to a different client.
ZD2776 - Unexpected Browser popup on Breakouts(Customer Care and Wrong call) on Clear Search
Fixes issues where clear search would prevent going "back" in workflow options, and unexpected popups when clearing from a workflow option.
