ZD3331 - Invoice Approval Engine and Configuration UI
This introduces a user interface and rules engine to configure Auto Approval Rules from the Digiflo portal.
ZD2921 - The App notification method should be mandatory for Providers
App notification method is forced for all future Vendor Contact updates.
New and Edit contacts - Notification Method – App
- "App" is defaulted
- Dropdown is automatically ticked and greyed out
- “App” cannot be removed
ZD3259 - Provider Profile Mobile Operator audit changes don't include Created By information
The Audit/Mobile Operator tab has been updated to save and display the Created by date
- When creating mobile operator, confirm the audit tab is updated correctly with the created by date
ZD3358 - Provider Job List loads too slowly

Previously, every time a user opened a job to view it and then pressed the back button, the entire Job List would reload from scratch, meaning they had to wait for the full load again.

The list now remembers the data it already fetched, so pressing back returns the user to the list instantly without hitting the server again.

ZD3048 - Tow and Hold - Cost Control
- Previously Panels were removed for the assignment of Tow-and-Hold jobs and only proximity was used. This has now been reverted, and Panels should be used again for Tow-and-Hold jobs.
For these assignment methods:
- Do NOT Auto Start Assignment Process
- Start Auto Assign
Create a tow and hold job confirm that panels are returned
ZD3386 - CSAT Survey alignment
- Complete a case and click on the link - verify correct questions are displayed.
- 1st question – when clicking 1st, 2nd and 3rd stars, the extra question is shown
- 1st question – when clicking 4th and 5th stars, the extra question is not shown
- 2nd question – when clicking 1st 2nd and 3rd stars, the extra question is show
- 2nd question – when clicking 4th and 5th stars, the extra question is not shown
- The "What’s the one thing that needs to be improved" question presents the client with a dropdown for selection.
- Selecting "Other" shows an additional text box for the client to complete
ZD3394 - SMS logs do not match with Message Media
- Changes have been made to assure that the SMS’ and Emails are linked to the correct cases
- The pagination has been fixed
- Viewing the emails and email replies are consistent
SMS
- Create a new case on a policy, use the "chat" feature to send an SMS linked to the new case. Verify you receive the SMS, and that the SMS shows in the conversation history.
- Create a 2nd new case on a policy, send an SMS linked to the 2nd new case using different contents. Verify you receive the SMS, and that the SMS shows in the conversation history.
- Go back to the first new case you created and verify that the conversation history shows the contents of the first SMS. Go to the 2nd case you created, verify the conversation history is correct

ZD3015 - ORIX Rebills relating to XX Policies not behaving as expected
Resolved an issue where ORIX jobs with the policy type ‘XX: Roadside Only Rebill Orix’ were not being fully rebilled.
