DO7046 - CheckBox not working on vendor select

We have resolved an issue where checkboxes within the Provider Selection screen were not functioning correctly. Users can now reliably select and deselect vendors as expected, improving the accuracy and usability of vendor-related workflows.

ZD2788 - Automatically Start Quoting for Tow Jobs Over 100km

We've enhanced our towing workflow to automatically identify and prepare eligible long-distance towing jobs for provider quoting.

What's changed?

  • Towing jobs with a towing distance greater than 100 km are now automatically assessed for the quoting process during case creation.

  • The system automatically identifies suitable towing providers located near either:

    • The vehicle's current location (pickup location), or
    • The destination location.
  • Providers are prioritized based on proximity:

    • Primary provider areas: within 15 km
    • Secondary provider areas: within 25 km
  • When eligible vendors are found, the quoting process can begin automatically, helping reduce manual effort and speed up job allocation.

ZD3000 - 'No Policy Data' Error

Added a check to see if the case reference is available and if so, it gets the case list using the reference.

DO7048 - Changing Vehicle Location does not update the selected destination

We've improved the way pickup and destination locations are handled when creating a Tow Job.

Previously, changing a location could occasionally cause the map and location details to refresh repeatedly, resulting in flickering and inconsistent distance calculations.

This update improves the stability of location updates, ensuring that maps, distances, and estimated travel times update smoothly and accurately.

DO7049 - The 'Leave this page' browser prompt does not leave the page when selecting 'Home'

Fixed an issue where confirming you wanted to leave an in-progress new case via the Home button did not actually navigate away, it silently kept you on the still-open new case screen. The Home button's leave-confirmation is now handled directly so confirming always completes the navigation.

  • When "Cancel New Case" is displayed and the user clicks on another menu then the popup will be displayed once

DO7153 - Edit Case modal showing permanent loading skeleton after cancel

Fixed an issue where cancelling the Edit Case form and then reopening it left the form permanently stuck on a loading skeleton, forcing the user to refresh the page. This was caused by the form not fully clearing its internal state on close, so reopening it reused stale state instead of loading fresh.

Modal reopens correctly after cancel

  • Click "Edit Case" to open the modal.

image.png

  • Click Cancel without saving

image.png

  • Click "Edit Case" again. Expect: The modal opens with the case edit form fully loaded and interactive — no permanent loading skeleton

image.png

Repeated open/cancel cycles remain stable

  • Repeat step 1 (open → cancel) 3–4 times in a row. Expect: Every reopen loads the form correctly; no degradation, stuck skeleton, or stale data on any iteration.

image.png

image.png

Edit and save still works (non-cancel path)

  • Click "Edit Case" - make a change and save
  • Click "Edit Case" again. Expect: Modal reopens with the updated data loaded correctly.

ZD2623 - North Shore & City Towing Invoice Calculation

  • Allow for rate updates from Provider Profile as well as Admin Config.
  • Allow all current Admin Config features, i.e. Edit and Remove per line item, on Provider Profile as well.
  • Add "not-editable" checkboxes to line item configuration when setting up schema rates.
  • Rule remains that 0 line items cannot be submitted unless system calculated (e.g. should distance travelled be less than agreed free km).
  • Add a calculation message on system calculation confirming distance calculated and free km subtracted.
  • When editing the amount, system calculation will be removed as no longer applicable, but changes can be seen in audit entries.
  • At least one line item must be non-optional for a PO to be created.
  • Non-optional Service Fee line item defaults to non-editable on config when Rate is added.
  • When a line item is optional but not editable, the line can be added but the rate cannot be altered.
  • If the line item is NOT optional but system-calculated on rates and, after free km, equals zero, it remains NOT editable and NOT optional, so it will be submitted as zero by the Provider. It can, however, be edited by an Agent.
  • Non-editable, non-optional line items will not allow a 0 amount on config.
  • Editable, non-optional line items will not allow a Provider to edit the item code (dropdown list will not be available for Provider) but will retain normal functionality for those with Finance/Agent Vendor authority.
  • Editable, non-optional lines will not be removable by Providers.
  • Allow full edit rights for Agent Vendor Manager/Finance roles to edit or delete line items on the PO, including Service Fee.

ZD3330 - Rebill Rules Engine and Configuration UI

This includes a backend engine and configuration UI for creating rebill rules. It is deployed in a "comparison" mode where the new engine does not apply rebill logic but simply compares old rules vs new.

DO7210 - Customer Care Vehicle Type is not cleared/hidden when changing the client

Resolved an issue where client-specific vehicle information could remain selected when changing the Customer Care Client during case creation.

What's improved:

  • Vehicle-related fields now refresh correctly when a different Customer Care Client is selected.
  • Previous vehicle selections are cleared to ensure only relevant options for the selected client are displayed.
  • Field visibility and validation requirements are updated automatically based on the current enquiry type and client selection.

This helps ensure more accurate case data entry and reduces the risk of information being carried over from a previously selected client.
