DO7048 - Changing Vehicle Location does not update the selected destination​

Fixed an issue where changing a tow job’s vehicle or destination location could cause the map to flicker and stop responding. Location selectors now update smoothly and recalculate distance and ETA reliably.

ZD3174 - Feedback Item disappearing​

Feedback Item Disappearing

Client reported that Feedback items added to a case disappeared initially after being added to a case, on refreshing the page, the Feedback item will be visible again. We were able to recreate it on Ferrari cases where the Customer Surveys were disabled and manual CSATs were implemented. Any Add Feedback items captured prior to the Manual CSAT being added, were not visible until the case /page was refreshed. The issue was resolved to ensure all Feedback Items are displayed in the Feedback list on being captured and saved.

ZD3444 - Invoice Editing Issue​

Editing Finance Document Line Items is now smoother and more responsive. Calculations update automatically as you type, while decimal values can be entered without being recalculated before you have finished typing.

When editing is complete, values are automatically rounded to two decimal places for consistency.

DO7161 - Implement UMI file hashing for Asgard portal​

Implemented a fix to make the portal update and reload mechanism more reliable, so the “Refresh for latest changes” prompt appears more consistently and fewer users need to perform hard refreshes.

DO7002 - Relax tenant profile number validation​

Telephone validation numbers excluded Toll Free 1800 numbers previously entered on the DB instead of via the portal.

Implemented changes on the tenant profile to add or edit contact details and allowing the validation and sanitization of all valid Australian contact numbers with or without dialing code:

DO6934 - Investigate On-Paste Behaviour On Phone Number Component​

Contact number entry has been improved to make entering and editing numbers easier and more consistent:

  • Entering a contact number beginning with 0 will automatically apply the appropriate country dialing code.
  • When clearing a contact number, the country dialing code will also be removed once it is the only value remaining.
  • Pasted contact numbers are automatically cleaned up, retaining only valid numeric characters and the + symbol where applicable.
  • Contact numbers are automatically validated shortly after they are entered or pasted.

ZD3138 - Update PO Overview if job is edited​

Update PO Overview if Job is edited

When editing the location of a tow job, the finance document overview must match the towing distance and overall overview as with the job overview. This should be the case after submitting the edit job changes.

Changes allow for Job edits and updates in terms of Vehicle Location, Destination Location, Tow Distance, Additional Directions, Location type and certain notices e.g. Tow & Hold to be updated and pulled into the PO Overview.

Note that only Job edits are excluded as PO relates to a Job which may not be included in Case Updates overall.

DO7310 - TimeLine Images don't render​

Fixed an issue where images were not displaying in the Images sub-tab of the Case Timeline.
